Fall fun 2018

It's still HOT for fall, even most of November so far has been hot still. Selene and Kiriakos came for a visit and we enjoyed our time with them. Clara loves playing with her cousins. We hate that they live so far away. It's nice when she visits through because we all have to make time in our busy lives to get together, which we don't do enough.

We gathered at a park and had a small picnic.

Clara's five year check up, this was before the picnic, when i save my pictures to my computer they save all out of order. :/

She did a great job and I'm so thankful she is "healthy" other than this lingering cold. She had two shots and her flu shot. She knows it's coming, I warned her yesterday. It stresses her out I can tell. She goes through the motions and I should have let Bubs do his flu shot first because he didn't even realize what happened since he was watching his DVD. Clara on the other hand stares at the needles and starts to panic and gets tense and blotchy and breaks my heart. I hold her hands and beg her to stop looking at the needles. I remind her it's quick but it's so painful to watch your babies hurt, even though it may only be a few seconds. I keep reminding her she gets a milkshake! It's about a 1-2 minute cry after the panic and shots are over, poor kid, just like her mama. I still hate shots that much.

All is better!

Making music all dressed up

Muneca, Selene and Kriakos came over for dinner. Muneca is tracing their hands. I love when the family is around and speaking Spanish, I wish Andre would teach our kids. What an advantage. Kiriakos knows both Spanish and Greek but speaks English. I love it.

Everett's flu shot made him feverish and he was funky for the weekend. Aaaand that's why I do shots on Fridays!

These two cousins had so much fun!

This sick feverish boy watched his cartoons a bit too close to his ipad Saturday am. I know he shouldn't be wrapped in a blanket but I could tell he had chills too. :(

Took him back to the dr. Wait it out, what's new. We've all been so sick and been put on antibiotics I thought I should have him checked out. It's so hard when he cannot express how he is feeling or where things hurt.

I love when I look at her and she still looks little to me. It's not often so I have to take a picture when it happens. Don't mind the disaster called our home.

Making cookies for the family picnic.

Finally these pj's are almost in season again.

Sick boy, this is comfortable somehow.

Flash ahead to the park Sunday afternoon

Low grade fever but making due.

Late bday presents are the BEST

Ready to carve

Clara drew on her own face!

Looks great! Clara's a bit serious which is when the Feger features are most noticeable.

Halloween night, getting prepped.

Poppie and Branch from the movie Trolls. Daddy made Everett's vest and burned his hand a few times, the aloe plant I had came in handy.

My favorite. We had plans on doing Clara's hair because things like this bother her, which it did, but there's never enough time. She left it on for most of the night since she was distracted with candy.

Everett's favorite part of Halloween was seeing all the dogs walking about. Clara loves getting spooked, seeing all the scary things and she enjoys getting the candy even though she never overdoes. She'll have a piece or two and it could all disappear the next day and she'd never even ask. When she sees daddy sneaking it she'll ask if she can have a piece. I love that it's the spirit of Halloween she likes best. There's nothing more I love than when this girl gets excited about things!

She loves a good scare which is where we are opposites.

And then a girl after my own heart, Christmas on her mind already.

Kill me now, these two are TOOOOOOOO cute I cannot handle it.

We had a tornado warning at the end of the day Friday after halloween. Aunt Leesie gave Clara some cinnamon bread with dip and the girl went wild while we stayed safe in the office until all was clear.

Aunt Ana is here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We went to scope out some schools for us.

My congested boy. Although it's early during nap time, we were planning on going out for my bday tonight at the wine festival on Redington beach. Everett can't breathe, it wasn't this bad when he went to the dr of course. So much fluid and he's not good at clearing it. My kids know when it's my bday, they're good at keeping me close. Thankfully our sitter is Aunt Julianne so we can go knowing he's in good hands, I just never know when it's going to be an ER kinda night.

Turds won't smile

Almost

It feels like we've never been apart. I'm SOOOOOO glad she'll be my new "neighbor"!

Someone had to pee. Fun had by all on Halloween and the big 36-er. Yuck, I'm rounding that next number I'm not so thrilled about.
