Everett will be four tomorrow. He has had a lot going on that I've yet had a minute to explain on the blog but hope to soon as this is the last week of school. The kids go tomorrow full day, Wednesday 1/2 day and then I just work Thursday, summer break starts Friday.
We were going to have a BIG bday party and decided that wouldn't be what Everett wanted, so we took him to Busch Gardens today, just the four of us. It was a great (hot) time!
Oh, this boy!
Nap time!
(Yesterday, but too cute!)
Sissy was so good. She wanted to do so many things but was great at making it Everett's day doing only the things he could do. We went on a log ride when he was napping and while he continued to splash in the water she went on a drop ride with daddy. She was glad to make the day about him, even though she needed reminders of what he couldn't do yet. She really is the best big sissy he could ever have and I'm so thankful for both my sweet peas!
How is my baby going to be FOUR!?!
love. my. boys!
We had to wait an hour to get on the ride, she was kooks! Everett took a perfect one hour nap and woke right when we were off the ride. She LOVES thrills, I don't want her to be tall enough to do these rides for big kids!
Almost our turn
Log rides are my favorite
First ride after the nap, still not awake!
The kids lines were so short it was amazing. We got right on each ride. I think all others saw the heat and stayed home. He was on the swings all alone!!!!! Sissy's legs are too long.
Everett thought this was so cool.
This sucker pecked her hard, so she didn't end up holding any birds. Andre tried to pick one up that was sleeping and ended up with a bloody finger.
OMG he is so cute but HATES smiling, especially today. He got an Elmo hat for his bday present today. Two things wrapped into one that he loves, Elmo and hats!
This is one of bubby's silly faces...
Sissy is so good about entertaining her bubs. She just knows when he is annoyed or bored and jumps in and is silly and fun and he loves her SO SO much!
Lots of presents for this little boy in the morning!
Aunt Branny and co. sent you way too many things, Nancy (our sweetest neighbor from our old house) really hooked her up. Nancy got him a dr. kit bc we thought he was going to be in the hospital and she thought he could use the kit to adjust to all the tools. We got Everett an Elmo and Cookie monster blanket, an Elmo smart phone, bubble guppy book, small drum set, cool writing board, and a new phonics set since he knows all the words in his first program. His last full day of school is tomorrow. Then sissy has violin. Kylie, Kristin and Lisa are coming over for dinner and cake. :)
More about this sweet boy soon!
