Her artwork I upload. This is what she is looking forward to this summer, swimming with the family. Notice she brushed her teeth with charcoal toothpaste and has lipstick on!
My kindergarten girl reading chapter books, oh my teacher heart! We read jack and annie and they are realistic fiction, so many fun history topics weaved into kid adventure. I'm so glad she loves them!
Clara said, we match! Take a picture!
Happy Birthday Fi! They are getting the coolest play set and having a fun picnic lunch while she opens presents Elsa wrapped for her, her old toys. So sweet. I REALLY wish we could be there to celebrate!
He sleeps with his eyes open sometimes. he has been obsessed with this baby. "So sweet, so cute" - Everett's words
We did our virtual learning outside and took lots of breaks!
Clara has been scooting quite a ways while I blade and push E in the stroller.
Play-doh
He wore his mask the entire PT - such a good boy!
Clara captures grasshoppers and puts them in the Bubble Guppies bus the whole time E is in PT, there are THOUSANDS! They are demolishing these bushes. Some are HUGE! I don't know how she touches them!
Opening gifts from Mrs. Mangone
Early to PT, so of course they pull out books I brought home.
Lisa turns 51 - I want to be her when I grow up! Us girls haven't all been together in a while. One of us has a sick kid (usually me) or something else that gets in the way. We went to the beach for drinks and sunset and were there all of 20 minutes before her son Quinn called and said GET HOME big storm. We made it back just in time and it was a very relaxing storm with friends!
This poor boy just woke up. I had to get a pic of his poor tummy. Andre was getting ready for work and I was on a walk and sissy was playing with him and dragging him across the carpet, he was laughing, saying more. :( I got home and she said mommy look what we have been doing and I saw it one time and knew!!! I pulled up his shirt and sure enough it was rubbed raw. Poor boy. Sissy felt so bad but I reassured her he was okay and she didn't know. She said, "He kept asking for more!" His tolerance for pain and lack of being able to tell us, "this hurts" is a problem! It's almost healed in this pic.
Learning in bed while I get everett to sleep
We stayed outside all day it was so beautiful! We were so pooped from the heat. The pool is perfect temp and we applied sunblock a few times!
Because one pool isn't enough
OT practice - scooping
I tried to get him to scoop with a spoon for feeding practice, that lasted one time.
FINALLY - cousin sleepover! Julia ended up wanting to go home. They had SO much fun ALL day, not a peep from either of them, you wouldn't even know they were there, they wanted for nothing. There was no mommy, mommy, mommy, all day. They were both in heaven. Julia was up until midnight the night before so when they had their movie time she fell asleep. We woke her for smores at 7 and she was still good, bubble bath still good and then at bedtime I think she wasn't tired since she got a good cat nap so she and Clara talked until 9:30 and then she was ready to go home. She is brave for trying!
Uncle Andre took them on a bike adventure so Clara could show Julia her favorite bridge.
Everett and I got some much needed one on one time and worked on all sorts of skills. He started with dressing, dressing like daddy.
S'mores - Everett's hands are not that close to the fire, the pics are deceiving
There was a nice big summer thunderstorm right before this!
I love summer rains.
