I just got the greatest news I've had in a long time! Everett is being discharged! 47 days too many in here!I nearly fell to the ground bawling when I heard those words. Only happy tears from here on out!
Yay!!! We just logged on to see how Everett is doing and we see this!!! So excited for all of you!!! Keep on keeping us updated! We love seeing Everett and Clara! Please, please, please let us know if you need anything at all!!! WooHoo!!!
You got home as I was leaving. i had just gotten a camera from Nancy b/c my phone dove in the pool. (Eirit dove in to save it for me, but it still died later.) I got a quick pic or two on her camera and on your phone. It's good my phone wasn't even working so there was no worry for you that I'd show anybody pictures ;) I helped figure out the milk situation which was probably a big stress. Nancy's friend had just picked up some things from the magic freezer so there was JUST enough room for your milk. Phew! (My mom's freezer has room, so we can take a truck load over later. milk lasts longer in a deep freezer than in a regular freezer anyway.) Then Lisa and Clara came. Clara's getting a good use out of that shirt! And Andre pulled up as I was leaving. Then it started getting windy and started sprinkling. A baby shower for Everrett and washing your neighborhood and home for its new life with a happy family of 4 - all together at last! You all got in before the summer storm. What perfect timing it all was! Oh, and my phone ate some rice so is all better now :) Everything is happening for a reason. SO happy for your cute perfect little family!
I certainly hope you're not thinking of the things you think you need to do. Don't blog now, don't clean now. don't reply to people now. Just stare at that beautiful family of yours and get some sleep!!!!!! We're so happy for you. Hibernate!!
