The Feger Family est. 2012: July 2019

Selene (Andre's cousin) and her son Kyriakos who was born about seven months after Clara have been visiting. She was SO sweet and offered to come stay with us while E was recovering in the hospital and I believe it was two days after I went to the last opinion which is when we decided to wait on surgery. Anyway, they had tickets so we are happy to have them here for fun instead.

Movie time

They got here on the fourth. We had a hot dog cookout with them and Andre's sister and kids, rested and went to Lisa's for fun before beach fireworks.

Movies - Toy Story 4 - Everett's first movie, he did GREAT! He wanted to sit with mama but he sat and watched nicely the whole time. July 5th outing.

Being so silly with Aunt Corrie

Ready to see the works that were canceled because of technical difficulty. I'm kind of glad, we would have been twenty feet away and I need to get noise canceling headphones for Everett and when I was speaking of this Clara asked for some too. Darren and Steven had enough to entertain us, Andre had sparklers and the two beaches N and S of us had ample in the distance to watch and enjoy. I think it worked out well for our little kids.

Bubby's turn for the jet ski with Uncle Eddie - it was a super calm day and Ed went nice and slow to make sure it was a safe ride for little man.

Steven was looking for a few pair of glasses Ed has lost in the water, instead he found a few chum buckets.

Everett would clap and then say, "done, bye" - I'm super glad the ones twenty feet away that were much bigger did not go off. He handled them last year but it rained so we had to watch them from the car.

Everett is doing so well in the pool, jumping in, going under, "swimming" under water with help. He is brave and more confident which is great but also scary because he makes some brave moves that scare me! However, it's so much better than him screaming scared avoiding going under.

Pooped after a blood draw. Little man has to have his thyroid and white blood cell count checked yearly. He is super aware of the office and gets uneasy. I hate it. He knows he is going to get poked and my tricks of getting him to look away and being distracted are no longer working. He doesn't fight it because he is the best little boy on the planet but cries, hard, and I hold him tight and feel like crying too. Saying a big prayer tonight that one poke is all we have to worry about. We have a few Instagram friends who are battling Leukemia right now and it's breaking my heart. I hope we get back good news for the sweetest little boy that ever lived.

Another social media steal, the Burt girl babies, OMG precious.

Clara was laughing out loud during the movie, so loud and so hard that others were laughing at her laughing. It was amazing.

Pure Excitement!! We got video, it's almost as good as the first time I ever heard her laugh when she was a newborn. Aaaand she ate her weight in popcorn.

Before he migrated to my lap he made sure to silence his phone.

A walk to the park, way too hot!!!!! We stayed maybe ten minutes and then headed back to the pool.

Antonio's birthday lunch at Crabby Bill's

Darren and Corrie FINALLY got a pool. This family would use a pool more than any family I've ever known and have not had one, until July 5th 2019. I'm so happy for them. they didn't know we were at the beach for lunch and text us, Andre said we would be right there. They didn't know we were serious. Steven and Andre ran through the back yard and surprised cannon balled into the pool for a fun surprise, it was fun and funny per the usual.
