Oh my, this has been a long time coming.
I've been waiting for years for Everett to tell me something or ask me for a want/need.
Well ladies and gents, it happened. He is so smart and it's all upstairs in that little noggin but to get this kiddo to EXPRESS is near to impossible unless he is expressing he is ticked off or frustrated about something, he sure sends those messages quick. He had a cute top that my great friend Sio gave I believe Clara way back when...he brought it to me and handed it to me and said and signed PLEASE!!!!!! I almost fell over. It was amazing. Since then it's happening more and more. He is bringing me toys that he wants me to play with, such as a tiger puppet. He told me "juice" the other day when he was thirsty.
This is a very huge milestone for this little boy, I couldn't be happier about it. I'm so proud of him.
On an annoying note, as you can see per the last post the pictures still go in the blog in all directions when I add from my phone. I will never find the time of day to save and upload them to my computer to then upload them to the blog, therefore I'll try and limit my pics and if they come in the wrong way, maybe do a quick handstand if you cannot see it clear. I figure one day when I get all these books printed I can turn them around to see the pictures...
We are hanging in there, no big news as of late other than Everett's expressive communication. Life is chaotic, exhausting and beautiful all at the same time, and it's super hot and I'm needing fall/winter temps.
