Kelly Hampton has a blog, he daughter was born with Down syndrome about 7 years ago maybe. She wrote a book about her truth and she also blogs. Her sweetness is in the pics below and I really related to what she wrote. I don't think it took us long to accept the fact that our lives had changed forever in the most unplanned way and we slowly continue to worry less about what we cannot control. I do worry about his capabilities and his future, but it's few and far between. I do my best daily to fulfill all his needs and just take it one day at a time. Being his mama only brings pure joy to my heart, I'm forever grateful he is mine!
